1. Public Participation – Comments or questions from members of the public

Members of the public may make representations, answer questions, and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.

1. Declaration of Interests - Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any disclosable pecuniary interest which they may have in any item of business on the agenda no later than when that item is reached. (Localism Act 2011)

1. To approve the use of Planning Consultants at a cost of £ 4700 (excluding VAT) as per the quote to assist with the completion of the neighbourhood plan in preparation for the examiners and referendum.

1. To approve any additional tasks identified by the planning consultants in agreement with Cllrs Platt and Cross at a cost of £105 per hour to a maximum of £2300 (excluding VAT)

1. Date and venue of next Parish Council Meeting is Tuesday 1st September 2026 TBC at 7pm in

the Village Club (venue to be confirmed subject to club hall availability.)
