Apologies for Absence – To approve any apologies received from Councillors.

Public Participation – Comments or questions from members of the public

Members of the public may make representations, answer questions, and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.

Declaration of Interests - Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any disclosable pecuniary interest which they may have in any item of business on the agenda no later than when that item is reached. (Localism Act 2011)

Finance

To approve payment of £1701.00 to Bluestone Planning that work has been completed satisfactorily.

To pass a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the public and press for discussion re matters where publicity might be prejudicial to the special nature of the business.

To discuss quotations & contracts for the use of Planning Consultants to update the Design Statement to assist with the completion of the Neighbourhood Plan. (This has been approved in principle on the 1st Sept. Quotes details are confidential due to data protection) The name of the company awarded the contract will be published in the minutes with the total cost.

Date and venue of next Parish Council Meeting is Tuesday 3rd November 2026 TBC at 7pm in

the Village Club.
