The Environment Agency will only accept reports about the excessive odour from Fullerton/Andover Sewage works from individual residents NOT the Parish Council Clerk.

Please report all odour/smells from the Sewage Works Winchester Road Goodworth Clatford Andover Hampshire SP11 7HP

to the Environment Agency incident hotline. This being the correct agency to deal with this issue.
