Clatfords' Store Shareholders Meeting

Dear Shareholder

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Clatfords’ Village Shop Association Limited and in

accordance with the Rules of the Clatfords’ Village Shop Association, notice is hereby given of an

Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Goodworth Clatford Village Club, Goodworth Clatford

at 19.30 on 22nd July 2025.

The focus of the evening will attend to a status update from Mark Haszlakiewicz and his team with

respect to the proposed Subscription Model, alongside the nomination and election of a Management

Committee to take this proposal forward, subject to viability. Time will be allocated for shareholder’s

questions. In the event of the Subscription Model proving unviable either in terms of funds or the

formation of a Management Committee, shareholders will be invited to consider next steps, including

consideration of the interim committee’s recommendation re ‘voluntary liquidation’.

A formal agenda will be provided seven days in advance of the meeting ie by 15th July 2025, to include

names of those proposed for election to the Management Committee. In accordance with the Rules

of the Clatfords’ Village Shop Association Limited, nominations for the Management Committee

members should be delivered to the Secretary not less than seven days prior to the Extraordinary

General Meeting. In support of these timelines, nominations to join the Management Committee

should provide their name and contact details to Elizabeth Scott at [email protected]

by close of play on the 14th July 2025. The Management Committee must comprise of not less

than four and not more than eight members to be elected at this meeting. Honorary Officers of the

Management Committee include a Chair, Vice-Chair, and Treasurer, who will in turn appoint a

Secretary of the Association.

It was wonderful to see so many of you at the AGM and to see the increase in shareholder uptake.
